Just a line to say how delighted I am with the extension you have recently completed on my property in Mawdesley.

In respect of the building everything went on plan, to time and on budget. Your workforce was so clean and my friends were very envious when they visited during the work, having had similar work done by other builders.

I would also like to thank your workforce for being so pleasant and helpful, they were a pleasure to deal with without exception, and made the work for me stress free.
