Paul started his life in construction by serving his time as a Carpenter and Joiner sitting his Advanced City & Guilds and then becoming a Master Carpenter. He very quickly moved into management and gained his Higher National Certificate in construction management. He then continued his studies and obtained an Honours Degree in Building Surveying. He has been managing construction projects for over 30 years at various levels.
Paul has overall responsibility for the company and his day to day activities include;
-Assisting the department managers.
-Ensuring that health and safety and welfare documentation and conditions are being adhered to.
-Leading and motivating the team including monitoring and coaching.
-Actively seeking new contracts and meeting with prospective clients.
