Preparation of specifications and Schedule of Works.
Tender analysis and supervision of contractors.
Preparation of structural reports for both domestic and commercial premises.
Feasibility studies for structural alterations for both domestic and commercial premises.
Party wall surveyor for domestic properties.
Cost estimating and quality control of various projects.
Appraisal of structural calculations submitted for approval under Part A of the Building Regulations.
