Welsh School of Architecture
BSc in Architectural studies (1st class honours), B Arch
RIBA Part III Qualification exam and ARB Registration.
Chris is expert in Conservation works and work on listed buildings.
Chris is a lead consultant/project architect on a lot of our schemes, he is involved in all stages of the projects, from inception and feasibility studies, through design and production/specification, tender and contract negotiations to supervision on site.
Chris also is involved in Contract administration covering various forms of JCT and measured term contracts, and co-ordination of the design to achieve BREAM or similar assessments.
Chris heads up our major and complex Projects including the large remodelling, conservation and extension works, to new-build sites.
