Why commission Paul Ennis & Company Limited?

  • All drawings are computer based (accurate/versatile, consistent, and easily altered).
  • We can see the project through to completion.
  • We maintain Professional Indemnity insurance.
  • We keep up-to-date with developments in Planning and Building Regulation law.
  • All elements are carried out by our own experienced employees who are all professionally qualified.

Our Approach

An initial meeting to gather information regarding your requirements and ideas, we will then give you a fixed fee costing, if this is accepted we will conduct a measured survey. Our initial design will then be issued within an agreed time frame.

On approval of the initial plans we can then produce Full Detailed Building Plans for the Existing Building and Proposed Building works including: Floor Plans, Elevations, Site/Location Plans and Construction Notes.

We then action a Planning Permission & Building Regulations Submission, your approved drawings are then issued to you ten weeks later.

If further help is required at this stage we have a full project management schedule available which includes:

  • Produce, if commissioned full project details and schedule for client
  • Produce tender documents and contracts
  • Obtain Quotations from Reputable and Experienced Builders
  • Administer the contract during the construction stage issuing payment certificates and completion certificates.

Your new extension/alteration is created by your chosen builder or you may want to utilise our Design & Build service.
