Upgrading existing dwelling, Internal re-modeling to include a new oak staircase and first floor master bedroom and en-suite
The works consisted of the design and construction of remodelling a 1970s detached dwelling to include an additional bedroom, en-suite, new oak timber staircase and giving the front elevation a facelift to include re-cladding a new front door and cladding.
Accommodation included:
• 1 Bedroom – En-Suite
• Facelift to front elevation
