Single Storey Rear Extension For our clients in Melling, we created a stunning open-plan living space. A single-story rear extension was added, seamlessly integrating with the existing home, while internal walls were removed to maximize light and flow.

Accommodation included: • A contemporary open-plan kitchen and living area

• A thoughtfully designed utility room off the kitchen

• A new ground-floor shower room within the side extension
