Renovation of existing dwelling, including re-modeling with single and double storey extensions
The works consisted of the design and construction of an existing 1940s detached dwelling. The old poorly designed and constructed extensions were removed and new extensions added. One of the extensions was constructed from steel with aluminium frames. The first floor has two balcony’s looking over the garden
