We have established our own BUILDING SURVEY format which is more expansive and biased toward comment on the construction, materials used, analysis of stability, greater explanation of defects, and compliance with more technical and current requirements.

The inspection while generally visual and non-invasive can use discrete methods of inspection to view otherwise concealed elements, if requested, considered necessary and with the owners agreement.

Basic repair and maintenance recommendations with budget costs are provided.
