The Paul Ennis Group of companies are all Chartered as local Builders, Consultants, Surveyors and Building Engineers. We are experts in the design, building and surveying of property and have a combined experience of over 250 years. Over the years we have built a company that can complete most tasks in relation to construction and the built environment.
We are based in Liverpool, Preston and Southport operating throughout the northwest, with our team of Architects, Chartered Building Engineers, Chartered Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Architectural Technicians and local builders working with forward-thinking clients to realise their property and construction objectives.
We pride ourselves on our intense client focus and a determination to see a project through to completion; teamwork within the firm, with other professionals and, above all, with our client; a practical “can-do” approach and a passion for the business. Our approach has brought success in our fields of expertise, with a well-recognised surveying and architectural practice in the northwest working alongside our construction company.

We are accredited by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers which is the professional body for those specialising in the technology of building.
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The RICS is the pre-eminent organisation of its kind in the world. As such, it represents everything that is good about the property profession. RICS members offer the very best advice on a surprisingly diverse range of land, property, construction and related environmental issues. The practice is regulated by RICS.
All work carried out by the Paul Ennis group of building companies, based in Southport, is covered by a recognised professional indemnity insurance and contractors all-risk insurance. A copy of our insurances is available on request.
