Paul Ennis Construction Limited is a Chartered Building Company, which is expert in the design, and construction of buildings and has been a builder of excellence for over twenty five years. In that time we have built a company that can complete most tasks in relation to construction and the built environment.
We are based in Liverpool, Preston and Southport operating throughout the Northwest, with our team of highly skilled fully employed operatives working with forward-looking clients to realize their property and construction objectives.
We pride ourselves on an intense client focus and a determination to give our customer the best value for money.
Our teamwork – within the firm, with our sister company Paul Ennis & Company Limited and above all with our client; evolves in to a practical “can-do” approach.
Our experience allows us to alter and refurbish existing buildings, design and build extensions to existing buildings or new build your new home or commercial building.
Every building is different and that is why we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor solutions to meet our client’s needs.
Our approach has brought success in our fields of expertise, with a well recognized building company working on contracts between £15,000 and £1 Million. Our experience allows us to build small domestic properties to large office and factory complexes.
We are also expert in building adaptations and conversions. We are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building .Founded in 1834 the CIOB recognises highly experienced directors of construction related company’s. We are a Chartered Building Company.
All work carried out by Paul Ennis Construction is covered by a recognised professional indemnity insurance and all risk contractors policy. A copy of our insurances is available on request.
