Paul Ennis & Company Limited are a Chartered Building Consultancy, which is expert in the design, surveying and construction of buildings and has been in private practice for over ten years. In that time we have built a practice that can complete most tasks in relation to construction and the built environment.

We are based in Liverpool, Preston and Southport operating throughout the Northwest, with our team of Corporate Building Engineers, Chartered Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Interior Designers and Architectural Technicians, working with forward-looking clients to realise their property and construction objectives.

We pride ourselves on an intense client focus and a determination to see a problem through to completion; teamwork - within the firm, with other professionals and above all with our client; a practical "can-do"approach and a passion for the business.

Our approach has brought success in our fields of expertise, with a well recognised practice in the Northwest.

Our experience allows us to conduct surveys from small domestic properties to large office and factory complexes, to produce drawings and schedules of dilapidation, at the same time assessing any asbestos that might be present and adaptations that might be required in connection with the DDA. We provide a wide range of services tailored to suit your individual needs. We are accredited by the Association of Building Engineers which is the professional body for those specialising in the technology of building. Founded in 1925 under the name 'The Incorporated Association of Artchitects and Surveyors’.

We are also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building .Founded in 1834 the CIOB recognises highly experienced directors of construction related company's. We are a Chartered Building Consultancy

We are also members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The RICS is the pre-eminent organisation of its kind in the world. As such, it represents everything that is good about the property profession. RICS members offer the very best advice on a surprisingly diverse range of land, property, construction and related environmental issues.
